Secure Data Centers
ZyDoc has implemented Carrier Class Data Centers. This means that all ZyDoc production servers are backed up by a minimum level of N+1 and in some cases N+2 systems for power delivery, backup generator, air handling, fire suppression, load balancing, security, BGP, biometric access control and 24/7 security and support personnel. We established multiple Tier 1 backbone provider links to offer unsurpassed reliability. The facilities achieved SAS-70 certification.

Transcription Service
Transcription service available which includes various methods of dictation and delivery methods, all in a HIPAA-secure environment. Use leading digital handheld recorders or dial-in toll free. The following solutions are enhancements to the service.
ZyDoc MFT Solution
New Version 10 Now Available, This is a HIPAA secure, batch file transfer application used for securely sending and receiving audio and text files with just login and password with Internet access from any brouser. It is licensed to leading transcription companies and fast becoming the industry standard.
TrackDoc Solution
This is a web-based solution that enables you to listen to the dictation, view transcribed documents, edit, and e-sign. For referring physician sharing capabilities, see ShareDoc.
ShareDoc Solution
Referring and specialty physicians may electronically share specific transcribed documentation in a HIPAA-secure environment over the Internet.
Automated Distribution Service
This capability saves you the time and resources needed for printing, faxing, and file transcribed documents. Upon receiving e-signature (or facility sign off), we will finish the distribution for your office. This holds great value to the practice and saves you time! ZyDoc is a charter member of the Verizon Medical Data Exchange.
Licensing and Hosting Services
Health Care providers, Transcription companies, and individual transcriptionists may utilize the above solutions to serve their specific needs. We license ZyDoc MFT, offer dial-in services, route work to any transcriptionist of your choice, post audio and text files to TrackDoc.
Integration
ZyDoc is HL7 compatible and contracts with experienced practice management and information system IT technicians to work with you to determine your specifications. This is provided at cost which varies depending upon the level of integration you require.
