“ZyDoc has been providing our facility with transcription services since March of 2003. We utilize their digital handheld devices provided by ZyDoc, and upload our dictations, via ZyDoc MFT, to TrackDoc for the transcriptionist to transcribe the dictation. Our documents are returned in batches, via ZyDoc MFT. We can process our dictations and receive documents in a HIPAA-secure environment, and can say with confidence that this workflow has been very successful for our organization. We receive our documents consistently and the quality is very good. We are currently performing an internal cost analysis to have our ten to twelve Case Managers dictate as well, and having ZyDoc provide the transcription service. It has proven itself cost efficient for the clinicians, and we anticipate the same from our Case Managers.
